Healthy Eating Rewards Wellbeing
My father came back from the 2nd world war, and I was born soon after, then we moved to the country to live on our farm where I grew up having a healthy diet of fresh farm produce, including dairy products that were produced either at home or locally.
I remember the farmers beginning in the grain to the barn and then with a special measure used for grain, they filled the Hessian bags and sent it off to market.
My mother has a special egg incubator where she carefully placed the eggs and it was so exciting to see the shells break as the chickens hatched. So we had free-range eggs
The cows were milked on the farm, and the freshest milk was boiled every morning so that my little brother and I had a fresh glass to drink for morning tea, along will home make cake and scones and coconut slices or fruity biscuits.
Good nutrition was just a way of life, and I grew up believing this to be so essential that later it empowered me on a deeper level to help people to recognize the importance of good fresh food.
So my client’s experience is not just that it feels good but look good and even younger as I do even now at aged seventy-five.
I got involved in this work over 20 years ago because I saw a need to help women to put their health on the top of their To-Do list.
While coaching and empowering women to start being kind to themselves, by loving themselves and looking at what’s running through their mindset, and shows up in well-being.
To fill in the gap of what food does not supply, if necessary, recommended natural nutritional cleansing with high-quality organic food supplements because some soil today is depleted of nutritional essentials that I had as a child.
So it’s best to have a natural, if possible organic diet, to drink quality water as the body is 75% fluid and all the organs of the body need water to survive, even the brain and spinal column need water.
Move your body, it’s best to get out into the environment to breathe in the fresh air, exercise and having clean water to flush toxins out of the body is essential to avoid pain.
Lay the foundation to have a fulfilled life and enjoy better health by knowing that is in your own hands to eat well, be well and stay well.
